Cheese and walnut butties

Serves 1 

2 slices wholemeal, granary or rye bread
30g low fat cheese spread such as Philadelphia
3 walnuts finely chopped
¼  stick celery, finely diced
Black pepper


1.  Spread the cheese evenly on both slices of bread. Season with black pepper
2.  Sprinkle the walnuts and sliced celery on top of one slice of bread 
3.  Place the other slice on top, quarter and serve.
