The diagnosis, treatment and care of people with dyslipidaemia is a specialised area of medicine requiring considerable knowledge and expertise.

The British Hyperlipidaemia Association was set up over 30 years ago to support doctors and nurses working with people with inherited lipid conditions and continues to do so under the stewardship of HEART UK. Read on for links to initiatives we are involved in. All of these are designed to support your continuing professional development whether you are a nurse, doctor, researcher, clinician, dietitian or another health professional.
