Berry salad with yoghurt

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves 6


450g strawberries, cut in half
150g raspberries
100g blackberries
100g blueberries
100g black seedless grapes
100g stoned cherries
1 tablespoon caster sugar
½ lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons low fat yogurt or soya alternative


  • Mix all the fruit together in a bowl.
  • Add the sugar and lemon juice to the fruit and gently toss together.
  • Top with low fat yoghurt
  • Serve straight away or cover and chill briefly before adding the yoghurt.
