Tasty tuna rolls

Serves 2 

1 can of tuna in spring water, drained
2 tablespoons low fat Greek style yogurt 
Chopped coriander
Ground black pepper
2 wholemeal rolls
Sliced cucumber
Scrape low fat mayonnaise - if needed


1. Flake the tuna and mix with the yogurt, coriander and season with black pepper.
2. Spread the two rolls with a little low fat mayonnaise (to help the filling stick to the bread) and then fill the rolls with the mixture.
3. Top the filing with sliced cucumber and serve.
